"Jason"

Today WOD is in memory of Navy Seal Jason Lewis who was killed by an IED in Baghdad on July 6, 2007
For time:
100 Squats
5 Muscle ups
75 Squats
10 Muscle ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle ups

Subs for MU are pull ups and dips 3 to 1 ratio (3 PU and dips to 1 MU) or sub in any upper body lifting. Any takers?

Vandy-31:20 Tried to do this one Rx'd but after 14 of the Muscle ups I had to do jumping muscle ups in order to be able to finish. It is a bad sign when you can't raise your arms above your head?
