'Da Boyz (Harryman, Snelly, Whitey) decided to do a team workout today. After round 1, we felt we needed to up the reps per station, and did. Here is what we did:

Push Ups 110 (team)
Run 100 meters (team) cool down
Round 2:

Thrusters 100 reps, 65 lbs (team)
Box Jumps 100 reps (team)
Push Ups 250 reps (team)
Run 100 meters (team) cool down
