CFT- is three power lift for your max rep. There are three attempts for each lift. Add sum the of the max weight for each lift to get the total.
Back squat-1 rep
Shoulder press-1 rep
Dead lift-1 rep

This is the first time I have repeated the CFT since starting CrossFit. My first total was 490 back in January. This is only the third time I have done the back squat. 185 was difficult but I felt I could have pushed more weight, but still it is a PR from my previous time.
