100 Squats
Bob-20:00 (Jumping pull ups, push ups from knees)
Morgan-19:00 (Jumping pull ups, 1/2 of the push ups from knees)
B.Law-31:40 (jumping pull ups, 80 push ups 1/2 from knees, 70 sit ups, 50 squats)
Vandy-18:00 Rx'd
There is lots of ways to scale this workout as you can see by the way everyone did it differently. Either way it is still hard anyway you cut it.

I have found that it isn't necessary to do the exercises as prescribed to get a good workout. In fact, I think I might get a better workout by "cheating". I.E. I swallowed my pride and did the hundred push-ups girlie style. It still kicked my patootie. And the jumping pull-ups are going to definitely be felt tomorrow. If I hadn't modified the exercises, the workout would probably have taken an hour and I doubt I would have gotten much cardio. I mean, when I do one pull-up, rest ten seconds, do another pull-up, etc etc, you get the picture. Anyway, It was a good workout without being torture.
It is not cheating, it is scaling.
