I like this workout. It is only one of two WOD with bench press. Anyway I scaled back the weight to 3/4 bwt (115lbs) because this is what I have done this workout at the last two times. I wanted to see if there was an improvement.

PU:20-15-16-17-12=80
Total=134
Last time on 2/22/08 my total reps were 97.
