Three rounds for time of:
800 meter run
50 back extensions
50 sit ups

Good old back extensions! No workers comp today since I was the only one to do this workout.

Well since the CrossFit group is starting to dwindle in size all I can say is check the repeat workouts of Myself and the A shift station 2. There is a significant improvement in overall fitness. Here is a prime example. The workout today is the 4th time I have done it here and as you can see from my times the proof is in the pudding.
