Station 2 A shift, 03/18/08

Gill, S. Hall, and White. Workout = 24 minutes work time, max cycles.
1 cycle = 200 M row
10 push press 65 lbs
10 burpees
10 sit-ups
10 wall ball

Gill - 7+ cycles
Hall - 7+ cycles
White - 9 cycles

Not a dry shirt in the house, well, maybe Kandi's and Scott's shirts were dry. I did prespire a wee bit. Excellent work out, recommend it.
