Station 2 C shift

21-15-9 reps of
75lb Sumo deadlift high pull
75lb Thrusters
35lb Kettlebell swings
Burpees

The way this workout works is once you are done with the exercise you do air squats till everyone is done then you move on to the next exercise. You count the total number of squats to score it.
