Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

65 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Pull-ups

Humphrey - 10 rounds
Vandy - 11 1/2 rounds

Bob and I finished with a 2000 meter row for a cool down. Nice work!

I did this WOD on 4/30 and completed 9 1/2 rounds. The thruster felt very heavy and all sets except the first were broken up. Today about 8 out of the 12 rounds of thrusters were unbroken. I think this is due to squats (overhead, front & back) showing up in the WODs lately. My form is also getting smoother which help more than you think.
